   We have been using Phoenix Professional for several years now, and have been very satisfied with the product. I've been particularly impressed with the quick response of the support staff to technical problems, and also with the continual improvement and upgrading of the software to meet the changing needs of the industry. We have recently purchased the Roads module and are considering the Harvesting module as well, and we now use Phoenix for all our electronic reporting and CP/RP applications, as well as planning and information management."

   I wanted to let you know how important your efforts are to me, as a user of your program(s). We just finished a 'Surveillance Audit', which is required periodically to maintain our SFI Certification. As we no longer have a mill at our operation, our ability to supply logs that come from a certified woodlands (ie: from a "Well managed forest") is critical.

During the course of (the Silviculture portion of) the audit, reports from Phoenix form much of the 'evidence', and discussions about how we ensure our obligations are met come back to Phoenix. The lead auditor reiterated comments he had made in the past about how impressed he is with Phoenix. He mentioned that he has audited dozens of operations in Canada and all over the US, from small to large companies. Of course, they all have SOME system of tracking history and obligations, and he claims that from the most simple to the most expensive and sophisticated systems, Phoenix does a better job of tracking, planning, and ensuring compliance than any other system he has seen.

The Auditor also made the same comments about Road Runner and the Road Module at our Golden Operation.

   We are extremely excited about the release of DRSI's Harvest Planner." said Thomas Bennett of Tolko.    I have just recently started looking at the webpage and have found answers to a few of my questions. The webpage is easy to get around in and has some very valuable information such as; manuals, instructions on installing software, downloads and links. A great step forward for DR Systems support infrastructure."

   You sure have done a lot of work on the user guide. All I can say is it's Art in it's purest form. That's a compliment. I went through most of it last night--it was hard to pick on anything. The procedures seem straight forward and can be followed with the handheld."

Aaron was really helpful with getting the (EcoSurveyCE) software on our new data logger and Attila went out of his way, working on his day off, to help me get the excessive number of stem maps I had stored on our old DOS data logger.    The product is very efficient and reliable. Service is extraordinary – trouble shooting and customer service is second to none!

   Support is prompt and effective and systems are in place to incorporate support issues into future releases. All suggestions are always logged, taken seriously, other users polled to ensure all aspects are being considered in case my suggestion could be improved by group input. I can’t think of a better model of how suggestions/recommendations are accepted and utilized.
