Forest roads require regular inspections to ensure safety, maintain infrastructure, and meet operational and regulatory obligations. This new feature allows field staff to collect and record inspection information directly from the Phoenix Connect mobile app, keeping everything organized and accessible in one place.

Built for Real Forestry Workflows

Phoenix Connect now includes default inspection forms for:

  • Road inspections

  • Bridge inspections

These forms were developed using existing government inspection templates and feedback from Phoenix Connect clients, helping ensure they reflect the attributes most commonly tracked across the industry.

The default forms provide a ready-to-use starting point and can also be configured to better match your company's processes and reporting requirements.

In addition to the default road and bridge inspection forms:

  • Additional forms can be added to any activity within the Roads and Openings modules

  • Additional forms can be developed to support activities such as safety inspections, stream assessments, cultural monitoring, soil classification, and vegetation surveys

  • If there's a form your organization would like to use in the field, we can work with you to configure and implement it

Capture Data in the Field

Forms are completed directly within the Activity in Phoenix Connect.

Field staff can record inspection details during site visits and attach supporting information as they go.

  • Photo attachments with coordinates
  • Offline capability for field use
  • syncing back into Phoenix Connect when connected
